* Jot Forms: Thanks to Tom Gray — “Jotforms is a great drag & drop form which works well with wp and is free for basic version” – This is a web-based form builder that generates code compatible with WordPress.

* WuFoo Forms: Not mentioned during our webinar, but a powerful web-based, drag and drop form designer with flexibility and integration with e-mail/newsletter list marketing apps like MailChimp, aWeber and others. Free version and paid upgrades.
